GEORGE HARRIS

George is a Brisbane based Actor, Clown, Teaching Artist, Director & Writer.

 

He received his formal actor training and graduated with distinction in 2018 from the University of Southern Queensland. Since then he has gone onto train for a year in France from 2022 -2023 under the tutelage of master clown Philippe Gaulier.

Currently George, writes and performs original clown/comedy shows across Queensland. He also tours to regional and metropolitan schools to deliver a variety of tailored workshops to students and teachers.

In 2024, George will be taking his new show 'Prosciutto' to Edinburgh Fringe Festival. In the lead up to this event, he will be performing a variety of local comedy nights to test and promote his show.
